One should not need to describe culture within an
organization. It is something one should sense when walking
into a company, when talking to the members, and when
observing teams in action. I believe that every Osprosys
team member lives by our DNA of "Imagination, Action, and
Joy."

"Action" can involve sharing this knowledge, which is of
no use unless it is acted upon. "Action" multiplies when
others in the company tap into the shared knowledge bank and
put it to use. Finally, the
"Joy" comes from enhancing one's own ability through
teaching and delighting our customers. |
