d) Expert in solving technical issues, people management, customer interaction and senior management interaction.
e) Handle a team of developers and deliver the high quality projects within defined timeframe. Should prepare an efficient strategy for meeting development goals within the team.
f) Define standards and guidelines for project design and development. |
Desired Skills |

a) Graduates with 7 plus years of IT and 5 plus years of .Net technologies experience are required.
b) Must have excellent English communication (Written & oral), presentation and email writing skills.
c) Solid experience in C#, .NET 2.0-3.5, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Ajax, XML, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, J-query.
