Home > Task Management

Osprosys’ own approach to software generally is to always start with the most capable application, even if our needs are light. That gives us room to grow. We are good at managing our time, as we like. In that case, the theory of minimum effort comes into play. Our workforce is tuned to model our tasks clear enough for someone across the globe to understand well enough to pick up the work. Our improvement does not come from applying extra resources but from the enforced communication.

Our task managers are probably more useful in forcing our workforce to be explicit about what they have to focus on.

Osprosys’ manages the tasks based on :
  • “Modeling”
We capture the task to be prioritized and the task related information and dependencies.

  • “Visualization”
We see and understand where we stand and what we have to-do.

  • “Manipulation”
We manipulate all the stuff to perform, redefine, delegate, discard and so on.

We always respect the time of others because it is the right thing to do. It has the added benefit that people have more respect for our time when we have more respect for theirs.

Setting Priorities

When we have to choose among several tasks even though we decide to use one of them as our primary prioritization tool, we still keep the others in mind setting its own priorities.

Problem Solving and Decision Making

We believe in addressing a decision and giving it enough thought: it pays to have a logical way of solving problems and making decisions.

We work with the motto:

  • More Simple
  • More Pleasant
  • More Interesting
Setting Goals

The connection of goal setting to task & time management is pretty straightforward: If you don't set and strive for goals, you're going to work on stuff that doesn't serve you, thereby wasting your time. So we follow a convenient way of creating our list of goals and categories the same.

Increase throughput

  • Improve worker and workforce productivity
  • Improve fill rates
  • Increase employee retention and morale
